The Jamaica Bangladesh Friends Society (JBFS) hosted its much-anticipated Family Get-Together and Community Appreciation Night at the Agra Palace Party Hall, located at 116-33 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, New York, on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The event, which began at 5:00 p.m. and continued until midnight, drew a large number of Bangladeshi-American families, community leaders, and special guests for an evening of celebration, reflection, and unity.

The grand event was organized under the leadership of Fakrul Islam Delwar, Founder and President of JBFS, and Anayet Monsi, General Secretary, with the coordination of a dedicated organizing team including Nowshad Haider (Convener), Saidul Islam Riadh (Member Secretary), J. Molla Saani (Chief Coordinator), and A.B.M. Osman Ghani (Chief Advisor). Their efforts helped ensure a warm and well-structured program that reflected JBFS’s continued commitment to serving and uplifting the Bangladeshi community in Queens.

The evening’s program featured a colorful lineup of cultural performances, musical entertainment, and engaging activities for children and families.
